What is the Eternal Damnation of Gamers?


I had one main reason for creating the forum that is Eternal Damnation. Really, it had many purposes for me. But there was always one main goal. A place for a solid community of gamers from all titles and all consoles to come together and meet, talk, do the things communities like that do. I had found that while forums like this one, a forum designed around just one game series, were fun and filled with great people, they were prone to sudden change. In that, there is a change in membership. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, but the fluctuation bugged me. I wanted to make a place where all my friends and any others could go with out concern of such things. It only changes when we change it. It only ends when we stop logging in. There is no reliance on one game.

Just the community.
Its on our terms now.
And so the forum was made.

Friends I have met from all around my gaming adventures came in support. I thank you all. It would not be what it is with out that.

As all things new, we started small, a little uncertain, and in a forum that echoed after evey post that's how empty it was.
We have done some growing.
My intention had always been, at some time, to create a clan to act as piece to that puzzle. I never really meant to name the clan after the forum, but after much thought, it just made sense.
